Instructions to install Internet Explorer Skins.

Two ways to get my skins. One click on my skin picture a new window will open and the skin will show. Right click on the skin and save to your folder.  Than copy to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Bitmaps. 
Two, Download my exe file save to your folder.  Get the file and double click on it to install it right to the correct location. After getting some new skins Close Internet Explorer.  Open IE now, go to the Tools menu choose Toolbar Wallpaper from the menu and choose your wallpaper..  Then close IE and re-open to see the changes.. May sound hard but actually very easy.
